Refund policy
At lifewithPandJ, we believe customer satisfaction is extremely important. We do our best to provide the best possible products, services, and content for our customers and hope that you love them as much as we do. However, in the case you are not happy with your purchase or have a change of heart, we offer an opportunity for you to return the item(s). Please see below for our policy in case you do want to return a specific item(s).
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at lifewithpandj@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how to ship it back to us at your cost. Once we receive your product and can confirm it is in good condition, we will issue the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Treat your Classic Collection bottle with care, like you would your cell phone! However, if it does break within 365 days from date of purchase, email lifewithpandj@gmail.com with:
1) a photo of your broken Classic Collection bottle
2) the original receipt from lifewithPandJ.ca
3) details regarding how it broke
*Please note, shipping costs will not be covered by lifewithpandj
Limited to one per lifewithpandj customer. Alternation, misuse, or abuse will void this policy. If it has been more than 365 days since you bought your Classic Collection bottle, or it is not your first Classic Collection bottle, please visit The Classic Collection – lifewithPandJ part of our website where you can get yourself a new bottle!
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: a'lora Lip Gloss Trio, E-Cookbooks & Gift Cards.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
Please inform us of any exchange requests at info@lifewithpandj.ca. Once we have figured out the situation, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lifewithpandj@gmail.com
