I’m having difficulty with getting water out of the straw, how do I fix that?

The straw lid and the inner straw itself have to be aligned or “straight up” to fully connect and have continuous water flow. Make sure your straw lid is lifted to the straight up position and not pulled out fully on an angle.

I accidentally dropped my glass bottle and it broke! What can I do?

We get it. Accidents happen and glass is not indestructible. We offer a one time replacement bottle within 365 days of your original purchase date.

How do I wash my bottle?

You can place your bottle in the dishwasher, but keep the straw lid and internal straw on the top rack. Alternatively, you can simply hand wash and use your complimentary straw cleaner to help clean the internal straw.

Can I remove the silicone sleeve?

We recommend keeping the silicone sleeve on your bottle as it is a very snug fit and can be hard to get back on if taken off.

When I open my straw lid, water starts to come out. Why is this happening?

This happens when the straw lid has been closed for a while and there has been pressure building up within the bottle. You can easily fix this by giving the lid a quick twist to slightly open and release the pressure before opening the straw.

Are the lip glosses sold separately?

No, they come together as a trio!

Are the lip glosses tinted?

All the glosses go on completely sheer, so you can mix and match with your favourite lip products or wear the gloss alone for hydrated glossy shine!

Are your products vegan and cruelty free?

Yes! No animals or animal by-products were used in the making of the product.

Will the gloss be sticky?

Not at all! All the glosses are meant to bring rich hydration to the lips without any sticky texture.

You can check out the return policy on our website for each product. All lip gloss products are non-refundable for hygienic purposes.
