As some of you know, Ray makes a few appearances on our instagram - the guy even has his own highlight cause he is just so much fun! What a lot of people don't know is that Ray is my dad and he is just the BEST! I guess you could say we have that special father-daughter bond, but for me it goes beyond that. He is a guy that is FULL of love and expresses it anytime he gets. He is always proud of everything I do and is willing to help at any time. He is Mr.Fix it and is known in our family for being able to fix literally ANYTHINGGGG - you name it, he can fix it. Ray also teaches us all how to live life to the fullest - he loves to eat good food and doesn't hold back on enjoying dessert! He also says the funniest things and is such a natural in front of the camera! Who would've thought! 

So with that being said, I enlisted him to help me out with creating a series of videos on our Youtube channel. If you haven't checked out "Cooking with Ray", you need to! He helps me bake his favourite cookies from our Sweet Treats cookbook and I guarantee it will make you smile.
